What is Delta 9?
Most people who are referring to “THC” are actually talking about the Delta 9 THC. And because marijuana and hemp are both part of the cannabis family tree, THC can be derived from either source. This is important to note because all Delta 9 products are derived from hemp and considered federally compliant. Delta 9 can be found in much higher concentrations within the cannabis plant, whereas Delta 8, Delta 10 and CHC typically synthetically recreated to formulate products with lasting effects.
